Naturalist and recreationalist alike will find much to enjoy at this year around, 500+ acre park. There are several species of bird and wildlife to be seen along the wildlife trail, a petting zoo, u-fish ponds with a fish hatchery, picnic areas, a playground, trailsĀ-including an historical interpretive trail, and a wide variety of activities. Dogs are allowed on the grounds, hiking trails, and picnic area; they are not allowed at the petting zoo or on the animal trails. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
