This "Canine County Getaway" sits on 175 picturesque acres complete with ponds, a stream, trails, open meadows and forests, and dogs may explore anywhere on the farm off-leash. The farm is home to several dogs but it is also a Border Collier rescue sanctuary that functions as a training/recovery and placement center, and their complete obstacle course is also available to guests and their dogs. There are several mini-activity camps and programs available to help strengthen the bond between dogs and their companions such as the "Canine Discovery" camp to learn about how smart your dog really is and the "Inner Dog" camp for a greater understanding of your dog. There is even a trainer on staff available to work one on one with guests. The getaway lodging for guests and their canine companions include cottages, cabins, rentable RVs, a few RV spaces, and a camping shelter that has all the amenities on hand for meal prep plus private showers and flush toilets are only a few feet away. There are no additional pet fees. Dogs may not be left alone, they just have to be friendly and have a great time.
