This park offers a variety of seasonal nature programs, land and water recreation, historic sites, stunning vistas, and the highest waterfall in the state, the double-tiered Kaaterskill Falls. Dogs with valid rabies inoculation papers are welcome. Dogs may not be left unattended anywhere, and they must be quiet, well mannered, leashed (no more than 6 foot), and cleaned up after at all times. Dogs are not permitted on Lake George Islands, the beach, picnic areas, or park buildings.
