Dogs are not allowed on any New York beaches at any time; they are allowed on the Boardwalks from the 2nd of October until the last day of April. The Boardwalks are at Promenade Orchard Beach, Coney Island Beach, Brighton Beach, Midland Beach, South Beach, and Manhattan Beach. Dogs must be kept leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
