Ganondagan State Historic Site
Ganondagan State Historic Site 1488 H 444 Victor, New York
14564 585-742-1690 Map
The 3 trails here; The Trail of Peace-depicting history and oral teachings; The Earth is Our Mother Trail-identifying plants and their usage, and the Granary Trail-where visitors can experience a day in the history of what befell this area, have illustrated signage of this once flourishing Native American community and how they impacted our country's Constitution, woman's rights, and natural foods and medicines. The historic site is seasonal, but the trails are open year round. Your well behaved pooch is welcome to explore the grounds and trails; they are not allowed in buildings. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
