Time Warner Center is an upscale, indoor shopping mall located on Columbus Circle on the Southwest corner of Central Park. Dogs on leash, if very well behaved, are allowed in the mall. It is up to the stores if dogs are allowed inside the stores. We have seen many dogs here after walks in the park during our previous visits.
