The highlight of this park is Lake Isaac which is classified as a "glacial pothole" created thousands of years ago and today is a waterfowl refuge, especially for migrant waterfowl. There are several trails at the park including the Big Creek Trail. This trail is 7.5 miles long and goes from Brookpark Road, following Big Creek Parkway, South to Whitney Road and connecting with Mill Stream Run Reservation via Valley Parkway in Strongsville. Park entrances are off Brookpark, Eastland, Snow and Stumph roads, West 130th Street, East Bagley, Fowles and Whitney Roads, and Valley Parkway. Dogs are allowed on a 8 foot or less leash and need to be cleaned up after.
