Features of this park include the 90-acre Hinckley Lake and Whipp's Ledges with elevations rising 350 Hinckley Lake which were formed over 250 million years ago. The Hinckley Lake Trail is a 3 mile loop trail around Hinckley Lake, along West Drive, State Road, East Drive, and Bellus Road in Hinckley Township. Park entrances are located off Bellus and State roads. Dogs are allowed on a 8 foot or less leash and need to be cleaned up after.
