Artifacts that have been found at this park indicate that Native American tribes frequented the area over 8,000 years ago. Today the park offesr many trails and picnic areas. The Valley Parkway Trail is an 8.5 mile trail from Bagley Road to West 130th Street with a loop around the Bonnie Park Picnic Area. Park entrances are off Routes 42 and 82, Albion, Handle, Lee, Prospect, Eastland, Edgerton, and Bagley roads, South Rocky River Drive and W. 130th Street. Dogs are allowed on a 8 foot or less leash and need to be cleaned up after.
