Dogs are allowed in Columbus city parks but not inside buildings. Dogs must be on a 6 foot or less leash and clean up after your pet. As of May 2004 there were no designated off-leash areas, but some of the city parks might be considered for off-leash areas. These parks include Whetstone, Big Walnut, Big Run and Berliner parks as well as an unspecified downtown location.
