The "cream of the crop" of local, seasonal and organic produce and products are chosen for this bistro and bar serving up innovative American cuisine. In addition to several signature foods and beverages, they also have Happy Hour Thursdays, a Chef's Table and Tastings area overlooking the kitchen, and various specials and special events. They are open Monday to Friday for lunch from 11:30 am until 2 pm and for dinner Monday to Saturday from 5 pm until 10:30 pm. The bar is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and Saturday lunches begin in spring.
