Dogs on leash are allowed, but must be cleaned up after and are not allowed in the Visitor's Center. This 800 acres of green space offers about 10 miles of nature trails, a river valley, marshes, meadows, forests, and more. The park also focuses on promoting green energy. It is located about 10 minutes north of Toronto. To get there, take Highway 400 north to Major Mackenzie Drive. Follow Major Mackenzie Drive about 2 km west to Pine Valley Drive. Follow Pine Valley Drive south 1 km to Kortright.
