McBee Cottages
|
| Cozy, Family Lodging Since 1941. Experience the Oregon coast as it used to be: cozy, relaxed, unpretentious and family-oriented. Ten classic, attached cottages, each facing a charming picnic area with picnic tables and umbrellas, barbecue and fire pit, all framed by informal flower gardens. Built in 1941, the blue shingled guest units with white trim and small covered entries evoke a simpler time at the beach. The cottages have been entirely refurbished with great care taken to maintain and enhance the ambiance of 1940s. Each unit features classic white bead-board interiors and box-beamed ceilings, schoolhouse light fixtures and cozy, comfortable furnishings. Most have fireplaces and kitchenettes and are also pet-friendly if your pet is well mannered and always under your control. McBee Cottages is a block from the beach, and a leisurely stroll to downtown. It is a smoke-free environment. Check-in at Cannon Beach Hotel two blocks south. Size does not matter. Large dogs are welcomed along with small dogs. Must be leashed while outdoors on our property. Must be walked away from our premises and you must pick-up after your pet. Cannot be left unattended in the room or in your vehicle in the parking lot. Is not allowed on the furniture. If it absolutely must, there are pet blankets to cover the furnishings. Each pet will be charged $25 per day for special cleaning of the unit. As you would expect, you are responsible for any damage your pet causes. We really do invite your pet to stay with us and enjoy our hospitality. Our "expectations" are based on friendly relations with our neighbors and other guests. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you so very much! |
