There are three main rose gardens in Portland. The Internation Rose Test Garden in Washington Park is one of the world's most famous rose gardens. It is a popular tourist site with great views and more than 8,000 roses. Ladd's Addition Rose Garden, located at SE 16th and Harrison, displays over 3,000 roses. The Peninsula Park Rose Garden, located at N. Ainsworth between Kerby and Albina, offers more than 8,800 fragrant roses. Dogs may accompany you to all of the rose gardens, but pets must be leashed and you are required to clean up after your dog.
