Some of the features of this gated recreational destination include daily or seasonal rentals, a swimming pool, playground, indoor and outdoor recreation, fire rings, picnic tables, modern restrooms, and free boat parking. Dogs are allowed for no additional fee for campsites; there is a $15 per night per pet fee for cabins. Dogs must be friendly, kept on no more than a 6 foot leash, cleaned up after, and under their owner's control at all times. They are not allowed in public buildings, nor may they be left in vehicles or boats or tied or kenneled outdoors. A rabies certificate must be presented at the time of check in.
