Various amenities/activities are offered at this 1892 freight station including picnic areas, water and comfort stations, a river, trails (1 is a bypass to the Appalachian Trail), the only railroad post office in the US, and guided tours in open-air rail cars describing the people and places where the US oil history began. Visitors can also get on and off the train at different stops. Dogs are allowed throughout the grounds and on the touring train for no additional fee. Dogs must be under their owner's control at all times, and be leashed and cleaned up after. Guests with pets will need to sign a pet responsibility form.
