This cobblestone plaza is closed to automobile traffic and offers an area for artists, singers, photographers and other booths and shops. Around the plaza is the old Montreal area which has many shops and restaurants. Dogs on leashes are welcome and it is up to individual shops as to whether dogs are allowed inside.
