Although the lighthouse is not open to the public, it is a nice 15 minute walk from town to this scenic area, and in addition to the lighthouse there is an 1856 keeper's house, a 1909 fog signal building, garage, and oil house. There is no parking close to the lighthouse. Your pooch is welcome here but they must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
