With an emphasis on sourcing and developing relations with local sustainable and organic providers as well as artisan producers from around the US, this restaurant features a frequently changing menu of skillfully handcrafted seasonal cuisine. Some offerings include sustainable seafood, all natural meats/proteins, house-made desserts, and more than 100 hand-chosen fine wines to compliment their foods. Seating for dinner begins at 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday, and the bar opens at 5 pm. Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
