This shopping center has the only enclosed mall and the only department type stores on the island. In addition to a variety of shopping and dining options, there also offer a number of special events held her throughout the year. Well mannered dogs are welcome in the common areas of the mall; they are not allowed in food service or children's play areas. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's direct control at all times; they request owners bring disposal bags for any "accidents". They may not be left unattended or tied to any fixtures at any time. It is up to individual stores whether pets are allowed inside. There is also shaded outdoor seating available at the front of the mall.
