Rich in natural, cultural, and colonial history, this riverside park still has an intact mill site, locks, and a home from the early 1800's plus interpretive signage, and favorite pastimes here include wildlife viewing, hiking, fishing, and in late May and early June-to watch the spectacular blooms of the white spider lily flowers. Dogs are allowed throughout the park; they must be on no more than a 6 foot leash and under their owner's control at all times.
