We are convenient for visitors to UTMB Medical Center and Shriner's Burn Hospital, the Island Convention Center and the Cruise Terminals. Enjoy Fishing Charters, the Strand Historic District, Moody Gardens, Lone Star Flight Museum, the Railroad Museum, Stewart Beach, and Bishop's Palace, one of the 100 most outstanding buildings in the US. Just a short drive to the mainland gives you access to lots more attractions: NASA Space Center, Gulf Greyhound Race Track, Mall of The Mainland, and the Factory Outlet stores. Rooms at the La Quinta Inn Galveston include a coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and some with a Microwave & Refrigerator. An expansive sundeck just steps from the beach surrounds the sparkling Swimming Pool, and there is a 24-hour restaurant next to property. Our courteous staff serves a Free Bright Side BreakfastTM every morning. Dogs of all sizes are allowed. There are no additional pet fees. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the room or the Do Not Disturb sign placed on the door. |
