Enjoy a scenic horse and carriage ride with your well-behaved pooch. Tour Galveston's East End Historical District, or the Strand, Galveston's Historic Landmark District. Narrated tours are available upon request. The driver can point out historical points of interest and architectural details. The cost is $25 for a half hour tour or $50 for a one hour tour. You can find their carriages at the waterfront near Pier 21 or 22. But the best bet is to call for reservations and they will pick you up at your hotel or at a restaurant.
