House-boating is a great way to explore the marine, bird, and wildlife of the area as well as the almost 2000 miles of shoreline. No experience is necessary for houseboat rentals. Dogs are allowed on the houseboats, with the exception of the luxury models, for an additional pet fee of only $10 per day per pet as long as no additional cleaning is needed. No more than 12 individuals (including dogs) are allowed on the houseboats. Dogs must be kept leashed when off the boat and under their owner's control at all times.
