The city offers free guided tours, or maps are available (here and at several other places around town) for self-guided walking tours of Staunton's five National Historic Districts. Dogs are allowed on the tours. For the guided tours dogs will not be allowed to go in any of the buildings, but most of the tour is outside. Dogs must be under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
