Visitors will find an eclectic combination of shops, services, eateries (some alfresco), and galleries in this historic Old Town area where streets are lined with 18th and 19th century buildings and there activities and special events throughout the year. Dogs are allowed throughout the shopping district; it is up to individual shops whether pets are allowed inside. Dogs must be under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
