GPA Greater Northwest, Inc. was founded in the footsteps of John Hern Jr., to place retired racing Greyhounds into homes. John placed over 4200 ex-racers in his lifetime, and his vision remains strong in those who would continue his mission. Areas served include Washington, Idaho, Montana, British Columbia & Alberta, Canada. We are proud to have joined the family of chapter groups of Greyhound Pets Of America, which was established in 1987 and currently includes over 10,000 members and 47 other chapter groups throughout America.
