This annual September festival, usually held at Greenbank Farm for everything ?Dog", is sponsored by the Whidbey Animals Improvement Foundation (WAIF) and directly benefits the shelter's animals. It is a full day of activities with demonstrations, vendors, contests, games, adoption hopefuls, and more. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times, and they may not be in heat or younger than 4 months old.
