A favorable location, climate, volcanic soil, and organic technique, coupled with a commitment to produce 100% organic wines, have brought this winery national and international recognition for their consistent high quality. The tasting room is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Dogs are allowed to explore the grounds with their owner, but they are not allowed in any of the buildings. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after.
