This natural organic grocery places a focus on sourcing fresh seasonal, local and sustainable produce and products. In addition to their grab-n-go deli they also offer 'The Lunchbox' cafe open weekdays from 11 am until 2 pm offering vegetarian and gluten-free entrees with soup, salad, beverage and treat bars. Monthly special seafood ordering is also offered. The market is open Monday to Friday from 7 am until 8 pm and on weekends from 8 pm until 7 pm. There is also a bench and picnic blankets outside for those who would like to picnic on nice days. Leashed well mannered dogs are welcomed for seasonal outside picnicking.
