This living history, outdoor museum is dedicated to the preservation, education, and recreation of how the "Golden Age of Railroading" affected the small town, short-line way of living. They are open daily from June 1st to the end of August, and weekends only from the beginning to the end of May and from the end of August until mid-October. Dogs are allowed on the grounds; they are not allowed on the train rides.
