After arriving on the Washington Ferry, take H W to the other end of the island to the passengers-only Rock Island Ferry. The ferry runs from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day. Dogs are also allowed on this ferry for no additional fee; they must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
