| This Room is Unit 132 is a dog-friendly room in Canaan Valley, WV. A bright and cozy single room suite in the well-kept, quiet, AAA-approved Black Bear Woods Resort, it has a superb view of Canaan Valley, WV. It has 2 Queen beds, plenty of closet space, a fireplace and balcony; a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi; and although it does not have a kitchen, it does have a mid-size refrigerator, coffee maker, a microwave, and toaster. It is also equipped with telephone, TV, internet modem, new Cable service, DVD and VCR, and plenty of games and tapes. The Lodge is new and has a new pool, miniature golf and some arcade games for kids. There are no stairs. The resort borders Monongahela Forest, and is close to Backwater, Canaan and Dolly Sods State Parks, ski slopes, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, hiking trails, horseback riding, and 2 small towns with eateries/stores. Cost is $75 plus a $35 per stay cleaning fee for any night between March 15 and December 14; and $95 per night plus a $35 per stay cleaning fee for Sunday through Thursday weeknights during the December 15-March 14 peak ski season.
