Bridge day, the 3rd weekend in October, is a major yearly event with thousands of visitors, and the largest gathering of BASE jumpers for the biggest extreme sports event in the world. There are hundreds of vendor's, tours, and more at this annual festival. Dogs are only allowed on the bridge this one day. They must be leashed and under owner's control/care at all times.
