Dedicated to passing on the significance of the Western fur trade and of the Mountain Men who opened the commerce to the West, this museum offers a variety of live demonstrations, exhibits, interpretive programs, and some special events in the summer. Although dogs are not allowed inside the museum, there is a lawn area with picnic tables and outdoor exhibits/activities to check out. Dogs must be kept leashed.
