Los Gatos Creek Reservoir Trail

Los Gatos Creek Reservoir Trail University Avenue Los Gatos, California
408-356-2729
Map
This is a popular hike with about 5-7 miles of trails. There is a nice combination of fire roads and single track trails with streams. A loop trail begins at University Ave (by Hwy 17). The fire road trail parallels Hwy 17 for a while until you reach the Lexington Reservoir. Across the street from the parking lot (the one w/the portable restrooms) by the Reservoir, the trail continues. You'll hike uphill to the top and then back towards the bottom where you started. There are several forks in the trail. Always stay to the left and you'll be back where you started.
