This campground offers tent sites next to Whiskeytown Lake. The campground is part of the Whiskeytown National Recreation Area which allows dogs on trails, in the lake and on non-swimming beaches only. The camp also offers RV sites. Generators are allowed but not during the quiet time which is usually from 10pm to 6am. During the summer reservations are required and during the winter sites are on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs must be leashed at all times while in the camp areas. Dogs may be off lead on trails only if they will respond to voice command and will not chase. Please clean up after your pet. Dogs may not be left unattended. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric or water hookups at the campgrounds.
