Beautiful 2bd/1bath house only steps to the water on famous Law Street in North Pacific Beach. We are looking for good people who want a quality spot by the beach where you can escape to relax, cook, observe, and sip your wine. We are 1 block from the beach. As the topography of Law street descends you have a great unobstructed view of the ocean from our large front deck. There is a beautiful grass park (1/4 acre) on the bluff overlooking the water and boardwalk which heads toward Crystal Pier, where people walk along the sand or boardwalk to get coffee, read the paper, breakfast, little shops, bike rentals etc... Crystal Pier is 4 blocks south and sits at the root of Garnet Ave, the heart of the business district. (restaurants, retail, etc...)

Zoom in or out to see where we are and you can zoom out and see Imperial Beach down south. Click on Satellite view to see what you'd see if you were actually flying over the house and area. You may even see the slab of our home in back we built last year (the google images are about a year old sometimes)

Amenities:
House has all the amenities for quality living, cooking, and indoor/outdoor entertaining (see large deck out front). Beach toys available, high speed internet, flat screen w/ surround sound, fax, and parking for 2 cars. You may also use our beach cruiser bikes (we have 5), surfboards, and skateboards. Additionally, there are places within walking distance where you can rent everything you can imagine. Bikes, boogie boards, kayaks, etc...

Pet Policy:
We are animal lovers, as we have two dogs and one turtle of our own. There is an extra $150 security deposit for guests arriving with pets and an additional $10 per pet per night charge. Dogs weighing less than 60lbs are welcome. 2 pet maximum. Dogs are welcome in the house, but not on the furniture. There is a separate area for your pets, and if all dogs get along well, we also have our own yard where they can play together. Additionally, we can point you in the right direction for dog parks and other dog friendly spots in our area.

Rental Rates:
Price is $1,100- $2,100 per week depending on dates plus $100 cleaning and Tax fee (10.5% TOT). There is also a $350 refundable damage deposit ($500 with pet). One week minimum but I am willing to negotiate price for longer term renters.
