For a $10 entry fee per dog you can take part in this popular annual Howl'oween event sponsored by the Community Action Team and Haute Dogs. Hundreds of dogs present their very best costumes for the judges and thousands of spectators in this 12-block sidewalk pooch parade. The parade begins and ends at Livingston Park, and is just the beginning of a wide variety of contests and events with various prize categories, vendors, an adoption fair, a kids' costume contest, doggie demonstrations, and more. Dogs (no puppies) must have their rabies and vaccinations current, wear ID tags, and be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. No aggressive dogs or dogs in heat are allowed.
