Chairmans Award Property The Days Inn is located just north of historic downtown Ukiah. One block north of the Days Inn is the Redwood Empire Fairgrounds which hosts the annual fair in August in addition to with many other events. Area attractions and activities within a short drive of Ukiah include over 40 wineries, 2 casinos, fishing at Lake Mendocino and the City of Ten Thousand Buddha. The Mendocino Coast and spectacular redwood forests are within a one hour drive from Ukiah.
