Lake San Antonio is a premier freshwater recreation area, located just 20 miles inland from California's beautiful Central Coast. Lake San Antonio offers year-round activities including picnicking, camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, boating and water-skiing. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs must be on no more than a 7 foot leash and be cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
