With a strong commitment to health, this unique dining and education center offers 100% organic, gluten free, vegan and whole food cuisine with a daily changing menu to reflect the freshest ingredients possible. In addition to being an experiential education center with a learning space for public classes as well as a fully equipped educational kitchen for rent, they are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 9 am until 9 pm. Leashed, well mannered dogs are welcome at their outside dining area.
