Located along Humboldt Bay in the heart of the giant redwood country, this well-kept park offers a maximum length pull-through of 70 feet with 50 amp service. Some amenities include cable TV, two playgrounds, a swimming pool, family hot tub, adults-only hot tub, horseshoe pits, rental bikes, a camp store, and ice cream socials during the summer months. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for an additional fee of $3 per night per pet. Dogs must be under owner's control and visual observation at all times. Dogs must be quiet, well behaved, and be on no more than a 6 foot leash at all times, or otherwise contained. Dogs may not be left unattended outside the owner's camping equipment. There are some breed restrictions. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. Dogs are allowed in the camping cabins.
