The owners of this restaurant are very dog-friendly. This restaurant was one of the sponsors in the spcaLA's 1999 Petelethon. Your pup is welcome to dine with you at the outdoor tables. They serve a full breakfast and lunch. Also enjoy some great dessert from their bakery. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7am-2:30pm. To get there from the 210 Freeway heading north, exit Irwindale and head south. Turn right at Gateway Business and Picasso's is on the corner.
