Thanks to one of our readers who recommends the following two dog parks in Encinitas Park. Encinitas Viewpoint Park, on "D" Street at Cornish Drive, off-leash dogs permitted 6:00-7:30 AM and 4:00-6:00 PM on MWF only. Other days of the week, dogs must be on leash. Orpheus Park, on Orpheus Avenue at Union Street, off-leash dogs permitted 6:00-7:30 AM and 4:00-6:00 PM on MWF only. Other days of the week, dogs must be on leash.
