This remote, primitive 2,393-acre park features deep canyons, pine forests, a flowing stream, numerous beaver dams, hiking, and interpretive trails. Due to flood damage and dangerous conditions, it is strongly advised to check conditions before going to the dam site and the exposed mud flats behind the dam. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric hookups at the campgrounds.
