This park features dramatic scenic canyons, a rich history, interpretive displays, opportunities for nature study and photography, ranger programs, several trails and a variety of recreation. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended for long periods, and only for a short time if they will be comfortable, quiet, and well behaved. Dogs are allowed on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric or water hookups at the campgrounds.
