Rancho San Rafael Regional Park
Rancho San Rafael Regional Park 1595 North Sierra Street Reno, Nevada
89503 775-785-4512 Map
Home to the annual Great Reno Balloon races, this huge park covers almost 600 acres of manicured turf, natural desert and wetlands, and has the largest off-leash space in the area. There is a pond and creek for dogs to play in with a walking path that surrounds it. Some of the amenities include benches, picnic areas, restrooms, and clean-up stations. Dogs must be on lead when not in the off leash areas, and there is signage indicating the areas in the park where pets are not allowed. Dogs must be cleaned up after at all times.
