Located atop Mt Charleston at 7700 feet elevation, this forested lodge offers accommodations, a full bar with the lounge open until midnight, dining, planned festivities (holidays), and recreational opportunities. The eatery is open daily year around for all meals and features an extensive and eclectic menu of American comfort cuisines with international influences. Reservations are recommended, especially around any holiday. Dogs are allowed in specified cabins for additional fees with advance reservations: One dog under 25 pounds is $30 per night and 2 or more dogs under 25 pounds are an additional $50 per night. One dog over 25 pounds is $50 per night and 2 or more dogs over 25 pounds are $90 per night. Dogs are also allowed at the outside dining area of the restaurant; they must be leashed and cleaned up after promptly.
