Toiyabe National Forest

Toiyabe National Forest Hwy 395 Carson City, Nevada
Map
There are several dog-friendly hiking trails on the national forest land in Carson City. These are desert-like trails, so only go with your dog when the weather is cooler. If it's hot, the sand may burn your pup's paws. Visit the Carson Ranger Station for maps and trail information about the Toiyable National Forest. The station is located on Hwy 395, near S. Stewart Street. Dogs should be leashed.
